What Seven Hills Capital buys

Seven Hills Capital is a Nashville private equity firm, founded in 2016, that invests only in healthcare services. It takes majority control of entrepreneur-led companies raising institutional money for the first time, with $2 million to $50 million of revenue and $1 million to $20 million of EBITDA, and headquartered in the Midwest or Southeast. Target niches include urgent and rural care, behavioral health, medical aesthetics and wellness, complex rehab and medical equipment, managed care services, infusion, and maternal health. The team describes itself as former operators who work closely with each company's leadership.

Seven Hills closed Fund II at its $235 million hard cap in February 2026, about two years after a $125 million first fund. Its current platforms are ExperCARE (urgent and primary care), VersiCare Group and its affiliate Associates in Pediatric Therapy (disability and pediatric therapy services), Spa Medicca (medical aesthetics) and CPS Infusion. A smaller practice is most likely to join one of these as an add-on, and several company pages spell out the kinds of acquisitions they want.

Greymont’s take

How Seven Hills Capital fits a seller

Seven Hills suits founders of Midwest or Southeast healthcare services businesses that have never taken outside investment and want a partner that works only in healthcare. It takes majority control, so a founder gives up the final say but can keep a leading role: ExperCARE's founder and CEO partnered with Seven Hills in 2022 and is still building the company with it, and After Hours Clinic kept its name, staff and providers when it joined ExperCARE in 2026. The firm backs new locations as well as acquisitions, and ExperCARE opened five clinics in 2026. Seven Hills screens for companies that larger buyers would later want, and in January 2026 it sold Reliable Medical to Gauge Capital. An owner should ask how much equity to roll over, what their role would be, and how long Seven Hills expects to hold the business.
