What Bestige Holdings buys
Bestige Holdings is a Park City, Utah investment firm, with offices in Nashville and Austin, that makes long-term equity investments in family and founder-owned US companies providing essential business, consumer, healthcare and industrial services. It has no fixed holding period and says it keeps reinvesting in its companies, including through add-on acquisitions. It prefers fragmented industries and businesses close to where its team lives: the Intermountain West, the Southeast and the central United States.
Its stated target is $20 million to $200 million of revenue and $1 million to $20 million of EBITDA, with a first investment of $10 million to $60 million and room to add more later. It can take a minority or a control stake and use little or no debt. Current holdings include Collision Leaders, a Kansas City area body shop group with 13 locations, plus home services, roofing, veterinary, med spa, self storage and auto parts distribution businesses. A smaller company is most likely to meet Bestige as an add-on to one of these.

Greymont’s take
How Bestige Holdings fits a seller
Bestige suits owners who care about what happens to their people and reputation after a sale and who want a patient owner rather than a quick flip. Its criteria name owners who want flexibility on deal structure, timing and how much of the company they sell, and its philosophy page says it can invest with little or no debt and without a set end date. That can matter to a founder who wants to keep a stake or stay involved.
For collision repair owners in Missouri and Kansas, Collision Leaders is the obvious route; its own site shows acquired shops keeping their local teams, such as the former Shelton Collision Repair in Derby, Kansas. Long-term does not mean forever: Bestige now lists United Tire and Service and Compactor Rentals of America as realized. Owners should ask whether Bestige wants a majority or minority stake, how long it expects to hold, and whether they can keep equity.
Questions owners ask
