What White Wolf Capital Group buys
White Wolf Capital Group is a Miami firm, founded in 2011, that invests only in the lower middle market and managed about $600 million as of March 2026. Its private equity arm buys companies with $10 million to $150 million of revenue and $1 million to $15 million of EBITDA, in deals worth up to $100 million, in the U.S. and Canada. Target fields include aerospace and defense, government services, engineering and infrastructure services, critical power, fire and safety, security, industrial services, business services and technical staffing. It prefers majority stakes and likes sellers who keep a real share.
White Wolf grows its companies by buying more companies. Seacoast Service Partners, its Florida HVAC and plumbing platform, has made 15 acquisitions since 2023, and CEIS has added four energy infrastructure service firms. A separate hybrid capital arm provides debt and preferred equity to independent sponsors, as it did for AccuCast in May 2026, and the firm also commits money to other small funds. For a smaller owner, the usual route is selling into one of its platforms, such as Seacoast, as a follow-on purchase.

Greymont’s take
How White Wolf Capital Group fits a seller
White Wolf fits owners of service and niche industrial businesses who want a partner that will keep buying companies around them. Its Florida HVAC and plumbing platform shows how that works for a small shop: Von Aire, a family business founded in 1968, joined Seacoast in April 2026 as its fifteenth add-on. Founders who sell a platform should expect White Wolf to ask them to keep a meaningful stake, since the firm says it prefers sellers who stay invested.
White Wolf is a fund manager that does sell: it exited The Norlee Group in 2024 and DCCM in 2025, roughly three to five years after investing. An owner should ask how long White Wolf expects to hold the business, and whether the money would come from its private equity side or its hybrid capital arm, which backs independent sponsors with debt and preferred equity rather than owning the company itself.
Questions owners ask
What size company does White Wolf invest in?
Its private equity criteria call for $10 million to $150 million of revenue, $1 million to $15 million of EBITDA and a total deal value of up to $100 million, for companies in the U.S. or Canada.
Does White Wolf buy HVAC and plumbing companies?
Yes. Its Seacoast Service Partners platform, formed in 2023, has bought 15 Florida HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration businesses, most recently Von Aire Air Conditioning & Heating in April 2026.
Will the owner keep a stake after White Wolf invests?
Usually. White Wolf says it prefers deals where the seller keeps a meaningful equity stake, so owners and key managers share in the gains alongside the firm.
Does White Wolf only do buyouts?
No. Besides private equity buyouts, it provides debt and preferred equity to independent sponsors through its hybrid capital arm, and it commits money to other lower middle market funds, including SBIC funds.
