What Revelstoke Capital Partners buys
Revelstoke Capital Partners is a Denver private equity firm, started in 2013, that invests only in healthcare. It works in three areas: healthcare services (physical therapy, behavioral health, hospice, infusion, primary care, kidney care and veterinary care, among others), healthcare technology and outsourced services (software, revenue cycle work and managed IT), and health and wellness businesses such as medical aesthetics. Its homepage puts regulatory assets under management at about $6.5 billion as of June 2026.
Revelstoke prefers control deals and plans to put $50 million to $500 million of equity into each platform over the life of the investment, mostly in the U.S. It looks for companies owned by founders, entrepreneurs or physicians that sell recurring, non-discretionary services, earn healthy margins and can grow organically at double-digit rates. Add-ons drive most of its activity: 179 of the 211 acquisitions it counts are add-ons. A smaller practice or company is most likely to meet Revelstoke as an add-on to a platform such as Upstream Rehabilitation, Fast Pace Health, The Care Team or Omega Systems.

Greymont’s take
How Revelstoke Capital Partners fits a seller
Revelstoke suits owners of physician-led practices, outpatient and home-based care providers, and healthcare technology or IT service firms who want a buyer that already knows their field. Because most of its deals are add-ons, many sellers will join an existing Revelstoke platform rather than become a new one, which usually brings a tested integration process and help from the firm's in-house Portfolio Transformation Group.
Founders can stay involved: the September 2025 Griffin Concierge Medical deal was framed as a partnership with the practice's founder, who remains chief executive. Revelstoke does sell its platforms, as it did with OrthoAlliance in November 2024 and DataLink in June 2025 after roughly five to seven years of ownership. An owner should ask how long the firm has held the platform they would join, and whether that platform still has room and capital to keep buying in their region.
Questions owners ask
Does Revelstoke invest outside healthcare?
Its stated focus is healthcare only, split into services, technology and health and wellness. Its January 2025 investment in Omega Systems, a managed IT and cybersecurity provider whose customers include banks and other financial firms as well as healthcare groups, shows that its technology side can reach IT service companies.
How large a company does Revelstoke look for?
It does not publish revenue or EBITDA minimums. Its criteria say it expects to invest $50 million to $500 million of equity in each platform over time, so new platforms tend to be sizeable, while smaller businesses usually join as add-ons.
Does Revelstoke buy managed IT service providers?
Yes. Managed IT services is on its list of target areas, and in January 2025 it backed Omega Systems of Reading, Pennsylvania, saying it had been targeting the MSP and MSSP market and planned more investment to grow the company organically and through acquisitions.
How active is Revelstoke as a buyer?
Very active. It marked its 200th acquisition in September 2025, and its homepage now counts 211 acquisitions, 179 of them add-ons. Recent new platforms include Omega Systems, AOM Infusion and Griffin Concierge Medical.
