How Halle Capital fits a seller
Halle suits owners of tree care, pest control, environmental consulting, commercial door and access control, or water equipment service businesses who want a buyer that already runs a platform in their trade. Because Halle builds each platform around a hired chief executive, an owner selling to it usually joins an existing company rather than becoming the new platform. Local identity often survives: Tree Guardians says it keeps local brands, and Rockit's releases feature family businesses that had served their towns for decades. That model can suit an owner who is ready to step back. An owner who wants to keep leading should ask what role they would hold after closing, whether any of the price is paid in platform equity, and how long Halle expects to own the platform before it sells.
