What Century Park Capital Partners buys

Century Park Capital Partners is a Los Angeles private equity firm, founded in 2000, that buys profitable companies run by the people who own them. For a new platform it wants $20 million to $100 million of revenue and $3 million to $15 million of EBITDA, a headquarters in the United States or Canada, and it typically puts in $10 million to $40 million of equity through majority recapitalizations, buyouts and the occasional corporate carve-out. It focuses on business services, specialty manufacturing, and consumer products and services, and says it has backed more than 70 companies since it started.

Its business services list is wide. It names IT managed services and technology consulting, HOA and property management, elevator and landscaping services, and environmental services. Century Park sets no size floor for add-ons, and most of its recent deals are add-ons to current holdings such as Total Access Elevator, Green Summit Landscape Group, Nova Advisory and CJ Pony Parts. A smaller company in one of those niches is most likely to meet the firm as an add-on.

Greymont’s take

How Century Park Capital Partners fits a seller

Century Park fits an owner who wants to sell a majority stake but keep a real piece and stay involved. Its page for owners says sellers often roll part of their proceeds into the deal, and recent releases show founders keeping stakes and running their businesses at Total Access Elevator and Green Summit. The firm says deals usually close 60 to 90 days after a letter of intent and that it aims to hold for three to five years, though some holdings have run much longer; MCCi was owned from 2018 to 2026.

Owners of elevator service, commercial landscaping or OneStream consulting businesses are the likeliest add-on targets today. Good questions to ask: which Executive Council member or Century Leader would join the board, and who the likely next buyer is, since its two most recent exits went to another private equity firm and to IBM.

Questions owners ask

Does Century Park invest in IT services companies?

Yes. It owns Nova Advisory, a OneStream implementation and managed services firm that bought TLC Technologies in May 2025, and it agreed to sell Accelalpha, an Oracle cloud consulting firm, to IBM in September 2024.

What size company does Century Park look for?

For a new platform it wants $20 million to $100 million of revenue and $3 million to $15 million of EBITDA, with a typical equity investment of $10 million to $40 million. It sets no size limits for add-ons.

Can the owner keep a stake after selling to Century Park?

Yes. The firm says sellers often reinvest part of their proceeds, and in the Total Access Elevator and Green Summit deals the founders kept ownership and continued to run the business.

How long does a Century Park deal take to close?

The firm says a deal typically closes 60 to 90 days after a letter of intent is signed, depending on how quickly the company can answer due diligence requests.
